These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Listn Flow (the "App"), a macOS text-to-speech application, and the related Pro subscription (together, the "Service"). Listn Flow is operated by Adam McBride, a sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Listn Flow reads on-screen text aloud on your Mac using an on-device neural voice. The App is free to try; a paid Pro subscription unlocks unlimited use and all features. Specific features and limits are described on our pricing page and may change over time.
New installs include a time-limited free trial with full Pro features, requiring no payment or card. After the trial, the App continues on a Free plan with a usage cap. You can upgrade to Pro at any time.
Pro is offered as a recurring monthly or annual subscription at the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of the Service. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and how to request a refund, including our money-back guarantee.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription (or trial), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on the Macs you own or control, up to the seat limit of your plan (currently up to 3 Macs per subscription). You may not resell, redistribute, share your license key publicly, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or seat limits.
You agree to use the App lawfully and only on content you have the right to access. You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
The App, its name, and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the App, not ownership of it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with the law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
